Ordering

Products are ordered on the online store's website by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested when ordering will not be used for any purpose other than delivering the order or resolving any ambiguities that may arise unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the current delivery terms.

Order and Payment Confirmation

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address during the order.

Shipping Methods and Costs

The shipping costs for your order are already included in the product price, and the final price of your product is the one displayed in the online store. We deliver your products directly to the address you provided, except for the clothing collection products, which are delivered to the nearest post office or parcel locker.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times vary depending on the product's storage and production situation. The delivery time will be confirmed to your provided email address during the order processing. If you have any questions about delivery times, you can inquire before ordering at info@kovagear.fi or through our website's chat section.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order, as per the Consumer Protection Act. To cancel, you need to provide your name, address, order date, product, and send it via email to info@kovagear.fi or by mail to the return address below. The product must be returned by mail within 14 days of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Include a copy of the cancellation notice with the product return. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for any depreciation in value.

If you wish to return or exchange products after the inspection period, please contact us directly. When returning an order, include your name, contact information, and bank account details for the refund. We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided that the product has been returned or has been demonstrably handed over to the post for delivery to the return address.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to pick up your package, for which no cancellation notice has been made, will result in a fee of 50 euros.

Lost or Damaged Products

​
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days to the address mentioned in the Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions section or by calling the phone number provided in the contact information. If the package is damaged upon arrival, an immediate complaint must be made to the post office.

Unclaimed Package

Failure to claim the package is not the same as returning or canceling. For unclaimed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge a fee of 50 euros.
